Afterpay is a great way to split your payments into manageable installments.

If you have used Afterpay on your GiftBox order but need to return an item(s) here is everything you need to know.

Are we going to notify Afterpay?

Yes! As soon as we process your refund, Afterpay is notified of the refund.

How does the refund work?

Refunds come off your last payment first.

If you’ve made at least one payment and the refund is more than what you owe, the additional funds go straight back to your credit/debit card linked to Afterpay.
*Refunds by Afterpay can take up to 10 business days.
Notes: It can take 3-5 business days for your bank to refund the money.

For Example:

You Bought: $200 worth of items (4 x installments of $50).
You Returned: $125 worth of products.
Afterpay Magic: Afterpay cancels your 3rd and 4th payments of $50 and amends your 2nd payment to $25

We are unable to process Afterpay refunds after 120 days pass from the date of purchase. Afterpay will also have no involvement with a refund after 120 days pass from the date of purchase
